Parking in the driveway is available for 2 vehicles.  Room to park a boat trailer is available on adjoining property. 

The Security (damage) Deposit is refundable and is due at initial booking.  The deposit refund will be initiated within 48 hours of the check-out date. 

Spacious 1bd/1bth 14 miles to Fort Moore

Children of all ages are welcome and must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

Once you turn onto Moccasin Dr. drive to the bottom of the hill.  The house is white, with a white mailbox, and is on the left.  It is the last house on the paved road.  

A brand new Graco Pack n' Play with sheets is available, but must be requested as it is a shared item.  The pack n' play is sanitized after each use and sheets are washed with baby friendly detergent. 

All electric outlets have socket protectors, and we have some baby/kid friendly dishware.  We are happy to acquire baby/child items upon request and within reason. 

Some events may be allowed depending on the nature and occupancy and must be approved prior to booking.  Inquire with the host/owner to obtain approval prior to booking, 

A fully-equipped kitchen is an essential part of any home, and having all the necessary appliances and amenities can make cooking a breeze. Imagine walking into a kitchen that has all the major appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The spacious countertops and cabinets provide ample storage space for kitchenware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals and keep things organized.

In addition to the standard appliances, this kitchen also features a range of cooking amenities to help you create your favorite dishes. There is a microwave oven that can quickly heat up leftovers, and a toaster for making toast and bagels. The kitchen also has a coffee maker to help you start your day off right.

The kitchen bar is large, and can be used for preparing food, but it also serves as a dining area with seating for up to four people.  This setup allows for a more casual and interactive dining experience.  

Overall, this kitchen has everything you need to cook and be with your family.

Rural community located in Russell County just outside of Phenix City City limits.

4 occupants is the maximum.  Number of guest should be reflected in reservation.

A beautiful 8x10 deck with a roof is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The deck is made of durable wood and has a smooth finish that is gentle to the feet. The roof provides ample shade, protecting the deck and its furnishings. The deck comes with two comfortable chairs that are perfect for lounging. The chairs come with soft cushions to make sitting more comfortable and rock allowing you to enjoy fresh air while reading a book or sipping a cool drink.  In between the chairs, there is a small table that is perfect for placing your drinks, books, or snacks. 

Parking and EV Charger
The house comes with ample parking space for two or more vehicles. Whether you're bringing your family or a group of friends, you don't have to worry about finding a spot to park your cars.  In addition to the private parking, the house also offers street parking.  This means that your friends or family members who are visiting you can park their cars nearby without any trouble.

But the best part about this vacation rental house is that it also comes with a level 1 EV charger. If you have an electric car, you can easily charge it while you're enjoying all that this house has to offer. You don't have to go out of your way to find a charging station or worry about your car running out of battery during your stay.  If the level 1 charger is not sufficient charging stations are available at 800 Front Ave, Columbus, GA as well as Target in Columbus, GA.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only and all doors and windows should be closed to prevent the smoke from drifting into the home. 

Working remotely?  We have you covered!  A desk and chair is provided in the bedroom and wifi is available at no cost.  We work from home as well so if you have an Internet problem; we have an Internet problem and we'll work quickly to get it resolved if possible. 

The 55" SmartTV in the living room can be used to stream under our Amazon Prime login for free shows only.  You can also switch over to Dish Network to watch local stations and satellite.  The TV is the bedroom is connected with an Amazon Firestick.
